I built Smart Operations Router, a workflow that takes in business events and turns them into organized, trackable tasks, so every request actually lands with the right team the moment it comes in, not hours later. When an event comes in, it gets stored, cleaned up into a consistent format, and read by AI, which decides which department it belongs to, how urgent it is, and whether it needs someone's sign-off. From there, it's automatically routed to Sales, Support, Ops, or Reporting, a task gets created, and the right team gets notified in Slack. If approval is needed, Slack shows Approve/Decline buttons right there, and the workflow actually waits for a real decision before updating everything. I used Supabase as the database because I wanted real, structured relationships between events, tasks, and approvals to hold up properly. I also built in monitoring so if anything fails anywhere in the workflow, it gets logged and I get an emailed alert, so nothing quietly disappears. I tested every department, approvals, rejections, and even duplicate events to make sure it holds up in real conditions.

Content pipeline from keyword to published post
I built this as a closed-loop SEO content automation system using n8n as the workflow engine. The approach was to automate the repetitive parts of content production while keeping the process structured and measurable. The SEO Content Production & Distribution workflow starts with a content brief in Google Sheets, retrieves relevant existing content, and uses AI to develop the strategy, write the article, and perform quality checks. It then generates a featured image, publishes the article to WordPress, creates social media copy, distributes it, and updates the content tracker. I also built an SEO Feedback Loop using Bing Webmaster Tools. It collects search performance data and passes it to an AI analyst to identify content gaps, keyword opportunities, and potential new topics. These opportunities are then split into individual records and saved back to Google Sheets. Tools Stack: n8n, Qwen Cloud, Image model, Google Sheets, WordPress, Bing Webmaster Tools, and Buffer. The result is a system that doesn't just create content, but uses search data to continuously inform what content should be created next.

Missed-call text-back automation
Missed-Call Text-Back Automation, Bright Smile Dental Built a missed-call detection and follow-up system using MacroDroid (Android automation), n8n, and Google Sheets. Twilio substitution: Twilio trial accounts don't support Nigerian number provisioning, blocking the intended stack. Rebuilt the call-detection layer using MacroDroid's native Missed Call trigger instead, which fires locally on-device and requires no telecom API or paid account. Flow: MacroDroid detects a missed call, sends caller number, timestamp, and status to an n8n webhook (POST, JSON) n8n normalizes the timestamp and logs the entry to Google Sheets (number, time, status, texted) MacroDroid sends an automatic SMS reply to the caller from the practice's own SIM A second webhook captures any caller reply, matches it against the original log entry via Google Sheets lookup, and updates the row status Result: missed call to text-back in under a minute, fully logged, at zero platform cost. Architecture is provider-agnostic, the same n8n logic drops into Twilio directly if a paid number becomes available, only the trigger and send steps would change. Tools: n8n, MacroDroid, Google Sheets

Multi-channel intake to structured records
Three intake routes feed one shared pipeline in n8n. A website form posting to a webhook, an internal form for requests that come in by phone or in a meeting, and a Gmail inbox using plus addressing. The main decision was writing the Airtable record before the AI runs instead of after. Status goes in as Received, then classification updates it. If OpenAI fails, you still have the request. Every route normalises into the same shape and converges on one merge node. Classification is one call with a strict JSON schema, so the category cannot come back as something Airtable rejects. A code node after it clamps confidence and pushes anything doubtful to Needs Review. Duplicates key on content, not the submission ID, because a page reload generates a new ID. Internal notes are allowed to duplicate on purpose. Better a repeat row than silently dropping something a person typed. Critical and High alert to Slack with a link straight to the record.
